I trust, therefore, that my message will have been in time to enable Your Lordship to grant an extension of leave to Mr. Creagh, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, in order that the recruits selected by Gentlemen having experience of the Colony, and having an interest in obtaining such material as will reflect credit on the Force under his Officer, may be obtained.
